We are back and ready to roll and boy are things rolling already. After a long year away, we have begun breeding once again. Here is a recap of what was hopping in May, and a sneak peak at the exciting things coming in June. May RecapWe bred Acorn (AKA noodles) to Oliver on May 11th. Holly had 5 beautiful baby bunnies, healthy and thriving on May 30th. The last exciting news of May was that we picked up our first VM doe. This girl, name to be determined, is a lilac otter VM with gorgeous blue eyes, from GG's bunnies in Washington. We are excited to watch her grow and will be expecting babies from her in the spring of 2022. Now that you are all caught up for May, read the June announcements to see whats hopping at the Rabbitry in June! June AnnouncementsLike mentioned above, we are excited to announce that Acorn is due June 9th, and we will be expecting her babies sometime that week. These babies are purebred and pedigreed and we are expecting a combination of blacks, torts and possibly harlequins and chocolates. Acorn is quite possibly the sweetest, most friendly bunny. Her "desperate for attention" attitude makes her a favourite in our barn and we are excited to see the babies she produces and raises. Holly's 5 sweet babies will be ready to be reserved June 27th, and ready to go to their new forever homes later in August. These buns are purebred and pedigreed and we are expecting tricolours, torts and broken tortes. We have quite a few new additions we are adding to our Rabbitry this summer. July holds its own exciting news, but as for June, we have 2 more does joining us, as well as hopefully a buck. We will be picking up our Magpie Doe from Rosebud Rabbitry at the end of June, and hopefully finding a VM buck in Vancouver on this trip as well. We also have a VM Japanese Harliquin Doe joining us from A&T Rabbitry in Idaho. We do have two bonded one year old sisters looking for a home together. If you are interested in adopting them, and giving them a loving home, please let me know. That's all that is happening here in the month of June. Be sure to follow our Instagram and Facebook page for more pictures, videos, posts and updates of our buns and what is happening here at Sinclair Rabbitry BC.
